As you know that I broke my dial test indicator the other week. Since then, I'm unable to square up the vise and clock the fixture on both my mill.
This morning, while stuck in the traffic, I decided to go get a replacement. So I detoured to Blk 16 Kallang Place where Regional Supplies is located and walked out within 5 minutes with a brand new basic set. It cost me almost S$80, a little painful given the current time.
The basic set doesn't come with the swivel holder, but I've one in my box which I shortened to fit the then smaller Sherline before the A2Z conversion.
I'll start soon to indicate the vise on the Wabeco so that I can commence work making the stainless steel bushing for my dad.
