Printing Portabee Parts - X Carriage

The print went well. Took about 50 minutes to print it out.

The problem with the print is, those parts that are supposed to be split (to act as clamps to the 3 LM6UU bearings) sticked together. Trying to cut them loose resulted in a broken piece... Too much force was used I guess.

I'll experient some more. The 2 girls are requesting for quite a few things to be printed. More time will be spent playing.

Waiting for the day to be able to get good results.

Yes sir. Still have quite a bit of things to sort out but generally, printing has started.

I just couldn't find the source of the rattling sound which you heard while I'm at your office. I've just changed the bearings (boy they're expensive!!!), re-aligned the axes, and tightened all the screws. I'm now left with leveling the table again before starting again to test print.

Hopefully I can sort out the issue before my Wabeco F1200 mill arrives. Being me, most of my time will be spent on the new machine upon its arrival ;-)
