Stuck Revolving Centre

The revolving centre was stuck tight in the tailstock that I'm unable to eject it using the wheel. Lots of oil was poured into the spindle (quill?) after dismantling it from the tailstock. After a night, I tried knocking it out using a steel rod and a hammer. The centre didn't move even a bit...

I tried heating the spindle with the Proxxon micro torch - no deal... I'm stuck. Looks like I've to order the replacement part from Germany...

Any suggestion please...

I've not been playing for a while. Was at my shop to do some cleaning up so that I can start working on a new project I've in mind.

I was 😳 to see this:

Hi,

Try leaving a night immersed in WD40 or vinegar to try remove the corrosion a little bit.

Thanks Javi. I'll give it a shot.
